Guest Reviews & Ratings
My stay at this hotel was wonderful! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for families with small children. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was ideal, close to all the attractions. The dining experience was okay, but there's room for improvement.
The hotel was ideally located, offering superb views of the 18th-century style courtyard and was within walking distance of all the historic attractions in Charleston. While the rooms perfectly suited our needs with a compact layout including chest of drawers, a flat-screen TV, and nightstands, the bathroom's small size and an issue with the door slightly detracted from the overall experience.
The hotel had spacious rooms with a sitting/TV area, small galley kitchen, small bath area, and bedroom, although the price was high. Unfortunately, my room had not been cleaned properly. The location was great, right on Market Street in the Historic District, within walking distance of many attractions. The service was good overall, but the experience was dampened by an unhelpful staff member during my stay. The dining options varied each morning, which was nice, but the quality was below standards. The facilities were average.
